| ASA M. BOWERS, CPL, is Vice-President of Mason Dixon Energy, Inc. (“MDE”) and has sixteen (16) years experience in land management. Prior to his employment with MDE, Bowers worked as a Staff Landman for Equitable Production Company and Statoil Energy, Inc. in Charleston, West Virginia and Eastern States Exploration Company in Snowshoe, Pennsylvania. Bowers is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (“AAPL”). He is currently an officer of the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of AAPL and is also a member of the Northern Appalachian Landman’s Association, the Appalachian Chapter of AAPL and International Right of Way Association. |
