Michael W. Beckett has twenty seven years of land based project management experience in the oil and gas, pipeline and telecommunications industries. Prior to his employment with MDE, Beckett worked as a Senior Landman and Senior Right-of-Way Agent for Beckler Energy, Inc. and Northeastern Land Services, Inc. Beckett also served as National and International Director for Capital Land Services of Edmond, Oklahoma and
Sydney

Melbourne
Australia; and as Vice-President of Elkins Management Group and with Altair, Inc. of
Las Vegas,
Nevada.
Beckett earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Economics from Glenville State College, Glenville, West Virginia. Beckett is an active member of the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the American Association of Professional Landmen (“AAPL”) and a member of the Northern Appalachian Landman’s Association, and the Appalachian Chapter of AAPL.
Ken Davis, SR/WA
has

years experience as a land professional. Davis was employed by CNG Development Company (CNGD) (now Dominion Exploration and Production Company), one of the largest fully integrated oil and gas companies in the United States for

years. Davis’ experience as CNGD includes design and drafting of all pipeline and production related facilities, managing lease acquisition, right of way, title curative projects, negotiating joint ventures with third parties and supervision of a large staff of land and legal professionals. Area of operation includes West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York and Ohio.
Davis has also worked for fourteen (14) years as a Consultant managing all land procurement aspects of various transportation, electric and gas transmission, and telecommunications projects.
Davis holds a BS Degree in Business Management from Salem College, Salem, West Virginia.
Aaron R. Yost began his career in the land business in 2001 and has managed large scale lease acquisition projects throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Yost holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from
West Virginia
University

Morgantown, West Virginia.
Yost is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (“AAPL”) and the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of AAPL.
