| Mason Dixon Energy, LLC, (“MDE”) is a
Delaware Limited Liability Company
with principle offices located in Bridgeport, West Virginia, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. MDE was founded in 1984 for the purpose of providing contract land services to oil and gas exploration and production companies operating throughout the United States.
As one of industry’s largest full service land companies, MDE has formed mutually beneficial relationships with many leading exploration and production companies.
MDE's core services include, but are not limited to, oil and gas lease acquisition, right of way acquisition, lease take-off and mapping, preparation of abstracts for certified drilling opinions, title curative, due diligence, settlement of surface damages, seismic permit acquisition, well trade and farmout negotiations, marketing of properties, and other duties that are common in a land procurement effort. MDE typically
has on staff in excess of four hundred (400) experienced, professional Contract Landmen in various areas throughout the United States.
The vast majority of MDE’s Contract Landmen are members of the American Association of Professional Landmen (“AAPL”) and/or various local AAPL chapters.
The company’s primary goal is to provide quality land services to exploration and production companies at competitive pricing. MDE employs a professional staff of Contract Landmen, Project Managers, Accountants and Land Administrators.
